Need a tweak, or run into a bug? Tell us — every ticket is read and followed up. Submitting a ticket is always free.
Submitting a ticket
- Open Help & feedback — from the life-buoy icon in the top bar, or the sidebar entry.
- Click New ticket.
- Describe what you'd like improved or what went wrong. Screenshots help a lot — attach as many as you need.
- Click Submit ticket.
You'll get a reply right inside the ticket. You can keep the conversation going, add more screenshots, and confirm when your request is resolved.
Ticket status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Submitted | We've received it. |
| In progress | We're working on it. |
| Awaiting your confirmation | We think it's done — review and confirm. |
| Not planned for now | We won't be taking it on at the moment; reply if there's more to discuss. |
| Closed | Wrapped up. |
When a ticket is marked Awaiting your confirmation, click Yes, close ticket if it's sorted — or reply and it reopens.
