Stock-In & Stock-Out Orders
Stock-in and stock-out orders are the documents behind every change in your inventory. A stock-in order records goods arriving into a warehouse; a stock-out order records goods leaving it. Together they feed the running quantities you see in Inventory.
- Open Stock-In Orders to see goods received.
- Open Stock-Out Orders to see goods shipped or issued.
What each list shows
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Document no. | The order's reference number. |
| Date | Receipt date (stock-in) or delivery date (stock-out). |
| Warehouse | The location the goods moved into or out of. |
| Items | How many line items the order contains. |
| Quantity | Total quantity across all lines. |
| Status | Where the order is in its lifecycle (see below). |
Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Created, nothing received / delivered yet. |
| Partial | Some quantity received / delivered, the rest still outstanding. |
| Done | Fully received (stock-in) or fully delivered (stock-out). |
Search
Filter the list by document number or warehouse name to find a specific order quickly. Lists are sorted with the most recent orders first.
View-only in this edition
Stock-in and stock-out orders are currently presented as a read-only register so you can review what has moved. They are typically generated from your purchase and sales activity rather than entered by hand.
