Common uses

• Month-end with a customer — open their statement, export, and send it to confirm the account.
• Chase receivables — use outstanding balances to see who owes the most.
• Spot best sellers — use product sales to see what's moving.
• Review the year — use annual P&L for the income/expense/profit picture.
