Reports
JennyERP turns your day-to-day data into reports that show how the business is doing. Open Reports from the main menu. The landing page also shows live KPI tiles — MTD revenue, receivable, payable and inventory value — above the report list.
Reports are organised into four groups: Statements, Summary, Performance and Insights.

Common uses

- Chase receivables — use customer outstanding to see who owes the most and how overdue it is, or open business overview for the AR aging breakdown.
- Manage payables — use supplier outstanding to see what you owe each vendor and factory.
- Spot best sellers — use goods sales to see which samples are moving by quantity and revenue.
- Coach the sales team — use sales performance to compare each salesperson's revenue and collection rate.
- Review the year — use annual P&L for the month-by-month income / cost / profit picture and net margin.
