Reports

JennyERP turns your day-to-day data into reports that show how the business is doing. Open Reports from the main menu. The landing page also shows live KPI tiles — MTD revenue, receivable, payable and inventory value — above the report list.

Reports are organised into four groups: Statements, Summary, Performance and Insights.

  • Manage payables — use supplier outstanding to see what you owe each vendor and factory.
  • Spot best sellers — use goods sales to see which samples are moving by quantity and revenue.
  • Coach the sales team — use sales performance to compare each salesperson's revenue and collection rate.
  • Review the year — use annual P&L for the month-by-month income / cost / profit picture and net margin.
