Can I add many samples at once? Talk to support about bulk options instead of entering them one by one.
Who can see my sample images? You control it per image: Public, Internal, or Private. Only public images appear on share pages. See Samples Overview.
How does AI image search work? Upload a photo and JennyERP returns the most visually similar samples in your library. See AI Image Search.
Sales & data
How do balances stay correct? Recording a payment automatically updates the related customer or supplier balance — no manual recalculation. See Payments.
Can customers see our catalog? Yes — share samples via a public link or QR code. See Share Samples Publicly.
Account & languages
What languages are supported? The interface is available in 14 languages, and each user can pick their own.
Why can't a teammate see a menu? It's usually a permissions setting. An admin can adjust their role. See Team & Permissions.
Billing
Can I switch plans later? Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime, with prorated billing.
Do you provide tax invoices? Yes, on Growth and above (EU VAT / US Sales Tax via Stripe Tax).
