Inventory & Stock Movements
JennyERP tracks how much of each item you have, and keeps a complete log of every movement in and out.
Stock levels
Go to Inventory to see current quantities for your items. Stock is tracked at the SKU / variant level, so different colors or specs of the same fabric count separately.
Stock movements
Open Inventory → Movements to see the full history of stock changes:
- In — goods received
- Out — goods shipped / consumed
Each movement is recorded with its source, so you can trace how a current quantity was reached.
Why a movement log matters
- Always know why stock is at its current level
- Trace discrepancies back to a specific entry
- Keep an auditable record of every change
