The production module isn't open in JennyERP yet — we're polishing samples, partners, inventory & finance first. This page describes the upcoming module so you can see what's ahead.
The Production Board is a Kanban-style view of your production orders: every order is a card, and the cards are arranged into columns by status, so you can see the whole pipeline at a glance.
How it's laid out
Go to Production Board. Orders are grouped into one column per status, in flow order:
Draft → Confirmed → In production → Completed → Closed
Each column header shows the status name and a count of the orders in it. Columns scroll sideways, so the full pipeline stays on one screen.
Order cards
Each card shows the essentials for that order:
- The SO number
- The customer
- The number of products
- A progress bar with a percentage (the average completion across the order's products)
- The delivery date
Click any card to open the production order in full.
When to use it
The board is the quickest way to answer "where is everything?":
- See how many orders sit in each stage
- Spot orders that have been in production a long time
- Track overall progress without opening each order
For filtering by date, searching, or seeing contract values, use the Production Orders list instead — the board and the list show the same orders, two different ways.
