Sample Dispatch Orders
A sample dispatch order records the physical swatches you send to a customer, together with the courier and delivery details. It's how you keep track of which samples went where, and whether they've arrived.
Create a dispatch order
Go to Sample Dispatch → New.
Header
| Field | Notes |

| Client | Who you're sending samples to (required). |
| Date | Dispatch date. |
| Currency | USD, EUR, GBP or CNY. |
| Status | Created, Processing, Finished or Canceled. |
Delivery details
Record how the samples are shipped:
- Courier — e.g. DHL, FedEx
- Tracking number
- Receiver — name, phone and address
Line items
Click Add sample and pick fabrics from your library. Each line carries the sample's image, code and specs; set the quantity of swatches and an optional note per line.
TIP
Use the status field to track fulfilment: move a dispatch from Created to Processing when it's packed, and to Finished once it's delivered.
Print and share
Open a dispatch order to:
- Print a packing/dispatch document
- Share a link to the order
- Edit the lines, courier details or status
The detail view groups the client and dates, the courier and receiver block, and the full list of dispatched samples.
Find a dispatch order
The list is searchable by document number, client or tracking number, and filterable by status. Each row shows the client, date, courier and tracking, item count and status.
