Tasks
Keep your team's to-dos in one place. Tasks (work orders) are internal action items — anything from "confirm lab dips with the mill" to "send sample cards to the buyer" — shown as a simple, flat list so nothing gets lost.
Open Tasks from the Collaboration group in the sidebar.
The task list
Every task shows its title, the stage it belongs to, the assignee, the due date, and a priority badge. Completed tasks are hidden by default to keep the list focused.
- Search by task name or assignee with the search box.
- Tick Show completed to reveal finished tasks.
- Click any task to open its detail and activity timeline.
TIP
Tasks are grouped under stages (for example To do, In progress, Done) behind the scenes. JennyERP shows them as one flat list rather than a drag-and-drop board, so your team sees everything that's open at a glance.
Priorities
Each task carries a priority so the urgent work stands out:

| Normal | Standard day-to-day work |
| Urgent | Needs attention soon |
| Critical | Top priority, handle first |
Task detail & activity
Open a task to see its full description, assignee, due date, and a running activity timeline. The timeline records what happened on the task — including comments from teammates.
Add an update by typing in the comment box and choosing Send. Your colleagues see it on the task's timeline, keeping the conversation next to the work itself.
Good to know
- The list is intentionally flat — no Kanban board to manage.
- Completed tasks stay searchable; just turn on Show completed.
- Activity and comments are scoped to your workspace, so only your team sees them.
