Stock Transfers
A stock transfer moves goods from one warehouse to another — for example, shipping fabric from your main warehouse to an overseas hub. Each transfer keeps both sides in balance: quantity leaves the source warehouse and arrives at the destination, with a record you can trace later.
Open Transfers from the main menu to see every transfer.
What the list shows
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Document no. | The transfer's reference number. |
| Route | The source warehouse → the destination warehouse. |
| Date | When the transfer was recorded. |
| Items | How many line items the transfer contains. |
| Total quantity | Combined quantity moved. |
Click a row to expand it and see the line items — each product with its color, number of pieces (rolls/bolts) and total quantity, plus any remark.
Keep warehouses meaningful
Transfers are only as clear as your warehouse list. Set up your locations first under Warehouse Management so each route reads cleanly.
View-only in this edition
Transfers are presented as a read-only register in this edition, so you can review and trace movements between locations.
