Inquiries
An inquiry is a price request you send to a supplier — the mirror image of a quotation. Use it to ask for unit prices, MOQs and lead times on fabrics you want to source.

Line items — two ways to add a fabric
You can build an inquiry from fabrics you already track, from a photo, or a mix of both.
- Add sample — search your library and pull in a fabric with its image, code and specs.
- Add photo line — for a sample-less inquiry: upload a reference image and type a description, with no catalogue sample attached.
For each line you can enter a target price, the MOQ you need, and a note.
Sample-less inquiry
You don't need the fabric in your library to ask about it. Snap or upload a reference photo, describe what you're after, and send the inquiry — perfect for chasing a price on something a customer showed you or that you saw at a fair.
Track the response
Move the inquiry to Sent once it goes out, and to Replied when the supplier comes back. Add a note for the questions you need answered — for example MOQ, lead time and FOB price.
Print and share
Open an inquiry to print it, share a link, or edit the lines and status. The detail view shows the supplier, dates, salesperson and every line with its image and amount.
Find an inquiry
The list is searchable by document number, supplier or salesperson, and filterable by status (unsent / sent / replied).
